1. The 30-day guarantee
If within 30 days of purchase you honestly believe a MediaProfitz product cannot work for you, contact us and we will refund your full purchase price (the exact amount you paid, in the currency you paid it). You keep access to any bonus kits included with your purchase.
2. How to request a refund
Send one message to [email protected] or our support WhatsApp with the email address you used at checkout. Say “refund” — a reason is welcome (it helps us improve) but is not required. That's it. No forms, no calls, no retention scripts.
3. Processing times
Refund decisions are confirmed within 72 hours. Funds return by the method you paid with. Exact timing varies by payment method and country — the checkout page for the product you bought lists the options and timing that apply to your purchase.
4. The one limit
The guarantee is per person, per product, once. If you refund a MediaProfitz product, you may not repurchase that same product at its launch price, and future MediaProfitz products may not carry the keep-the-bonuses provision for your account. This exists only to keep the honest version of this policy possible for everyone else.
5. After 30 days
Purchases are non-refundable after the 30-day window, since our products are fully and instantly delivered digital content.
