1. Who we are, what this is
These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products published by MediaProfitz (“we”, “us”), including our flagship product, Local Content Pro. By purchasing or accessing our products you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Earnings & Results Notice.
2. Your license
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to access and use the course content, templates, scripts, and prompts for your own learning and your own client work — including commercial use of the templates in services you deliver to your clients.
3. What you may not do
Resell, redistribute, share access to, or republish a MediaProfitz product or its materials (including in Telegram/WhatsApp groups, forums, or file-sharing sites). Repackage the content as your own course or product. Use our scripts or templates to deceive clients (fake testimonials, fake reviews, impersonation). Violations may result in access termination without refund and, where appropriate, legal action.
4. Purchases, pricing & delivery
Prices, launch windows, and bonuses are shown on each product's own sales page and at checkout. Access is delivered by email after payment confirmation. Manual payment methods, where offered, are confirmed by our team — normally within minutes during business hours, always within 24 hours. If you paid and received nothing within 24 hours, contact support and we will fix it as first priority.
5. Refunds
See the Refund Policy — 30 days, full refund, keep the bonuses, one message.
6. Educational nature; no guarantees
Our products teach skills. We make no guarantee of income or results — see the Earnings & Results Notice, which forms part of these terms.
7. Community spaces
Where a product has an associated WhatsApp group or other community space, simple rules apply: no spam, no scams, no harassment, no unsolicited DMs to members, no sharing of course files. We may remove anyone violating these rules without notice.
8. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and materials published by MediaProfitz remain our property. “MediaProfitz”, “Local Content Pro”, and “L.O.C.A.L.” are our trade names.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of your dealings with your own clients.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date reflects the current version.
11. Governing law & contact
